A. Garbage is getting worse, I asked politely if they were going to ever clean up their garbage, urine and feces that is everywhere on their property and the neighborhoods property. They feed Raccoons, Possums and Skunks at this house too. The smell is disgusting as its heating up outside now. The woman that lives there was calling me horrible names in front of the kids that are forced to live in a house with a leaky roof, tarps have been on the roof for 10 years! Please help!! Their animals are diseased and sick, many of the cats are pregnant and have tumors, matted hair and smell of urine.
