Description
everyone seems to ignore the fact that there is overgrown ivy and dead leaves in the back of our apartments, along our back wall. It has to be about 3-4 feet tall and is beginning to reach our windows. There are now vines from the ivy growing up and attaching themselves to our window screens. One of which is pulling the screen away from the window. The new management has now cut down all of the small shade trees around the complex for whatever reason I am unsure, but is neglecting the fire hazard that the ivy is creating. Please help.
