This car has been parked here for days across from the Kensington apartment and next to AT&T lot. They are all passed out again inside right now. Yesterday they were shooting up. The license plate has the tags removed as well. There are at least two pit bulls in the car and yesterday 3 adults, one adult is also coming and going on a bike and is stashing the bike behend AT&T
